Job Description: Join Job Duck as a Client Services Coordinator and become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will manage critical communications with providers, verify balances, and ensure accurate documentation to support smooth case handling. Your ability to organize information, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively will make a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Salary Range: $1,142 USD to $1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer a high volume of inbound calls following a structured script. Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads (no cold calling). Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, follow-up activity, and completed sign-ups. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to maximize successful signings. Gather complete and accurate information from callers and process client sign-ups. Perform receptionist-style duties, including receiving calls from existing clients or third parties and transferring them to the appropriate department or team member.
