Vice-President of Global Strategic Planning

Role Description The Vice-President of Global Strategic Planning at BDE Osiris is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading long-term business planning and global growth initiatives. This position oversees the development and execution of strategic plans, collaborates with cross-functional leaders to align business objectives, and evaluates new markets and investment opportunities. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitive analyses, guiding financial modeling and scenario planning, and preparing strategic recommendations for executive leadership and the board. The role also includes establishing performance metrics, monitoring progress against strategic goals, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights. The Vice-President will mentor team members, foster collaboration across regions, and ensure that strategic initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively worldwide.

Qualifications

Strong background in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with demonstrated experience leading complex, global initiatives. Advanced Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess trends, opportunities, and risks in diverse markets. Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and guide high-performing, distributed teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience influencing executive stakeholders and boards. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing priorities across time zones and cultures. Experience in global or multinational organizations, preferably in a senior strategic or corporate development role. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
