Role Description The Vice President of Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for NOSTAW DESIGN GROUP LLC. This position oversees brand positioning, market planning, and integrated marketing campaigns to support growth in the AEC and BIM services market. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing market research initiatives, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying new opportunities to promote the company’s services. The role manages marketing operations, supervises internal and external marketing resources, and collaborates with leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals. The Vice President of Marketing also leads public relations activities, develops thought leadership content, and ensures consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
Strong marketing strategy and leadership skills, including Marketing and Marketing Management. Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to guide data-informed decisions. Background in Public Relations, including media outreach and reputation management. Proven experience developing and executing B2B marketing programs, ideally within the AEC, design, or technology sectors. Ability to interpret market and performance data to optimize campaigns and budgets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics solutions.
