Perfect Fintech Private Limited Position Title: Vice President of Operations Location: United States Work Arrangement: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position OverviewThe Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing operational functions, improving business processes, and ensuring effective execution of the company’s strategic objectives. This role works closely with executive leadership and department heads to strengthen operational efficiency, coordinate business activities, manage resources, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of operational plans. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions. Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and business expansion initiatives. Collaborate with finance, technology, compliance, and business development teams to align operational priorities. Evaluate operational risks and support appropriate internal controls and process improvements. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management. Lead and develop operational teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. QualificationsExperience in operations management, business administration, or a related leadership role. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and improve business processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred. Work ArrangementThis is a full-time remote position based in the United States. The Vice President of Operations will collaborate with executive leadership and departmental teams through virtual meetings and digital communication platforms to support operational excellence and the company’s business objectives.
