Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and long-term operational strategy. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures processes are efficient and scalable, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The Vice President Operations manages P&L for key business units, monitors performance metrics, and implements operational policies that support growth and customer satisfaction. Daily activities include aligning operations with strategic objectives, coordinating complex projects, optimizing resource allocation, and partnering with senior leadership on business planning. The role also involves strengthening customer service standards, building high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to lead teams, streamline processes, and drive complex initiatives to completion. Demonstrated experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to manage budgets, forecast results, and align operations with business goals. Background in Customer Service and operational support to maintain high service levels and enhance the client experience. Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide operational improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present operational plans to executive leadership. Experience in a senior operations or similar executive role; prior work in multi-site or distributed teams is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
