Vice President Operations

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing Vizufi’s operational framework across the organization. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, process development, and performance tracking to ensure efficient delivery of product, customer support, and internal initiatives. The VP Operations will manage operational budgets and P&L, collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, and translate business goals into executable operational plans. They will drive cross-functional project management, ensure high-quality customer service operations, and implement metrics and reporting to support data-driven decisions. The role also includes building and mentoring operational teams, improving workflows, and contributing to company-wide strategic initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including building and optimizing processes in a high-growth or startup environment. Demonstrated P&L Management capabilities, with a track record of managing budgets, financial performance, and cost efficiency. Customer Service leadership experience, with the ability to design and oversee customer support operations and service quality standards. Strategic Planning skills, including the ability to translate vision into operational roadmaps, set priorities, and align teams. Project Management expertise, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives, defining milestones, and delivering results on time. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by comfort with data and operational metrics. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team. Previous leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or financial services is highly beneficial; experience in early-stage startups is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
