Role Description The Vice President, Personal Care is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for overseeing and expanding Aqua Body Cleansing’s personal care and wellness offerings. This position directs strategy for service development, client experience, and brand positioning in the detox and colon health space. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business goals, leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and optimizing operational processes to support growth and quality standards. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, guiding marketing initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to relevant health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. The Vice President collaborates closely with senior leadership to shape long-term vision, improve client satisfaction, and drive sustainable business results.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in health, wellness, or personal care services, with a track record of managing teams and scaling operations. Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills, including budgeting and performance analysis. Experience in customer experience design, service delivery optimization, and process improvement within a client-facing environment. Knowledge of wellness, detox, or complementary health services, and familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Comfort with digital tools and remote team management platforms; experience with online marketing or brand development is beneficial.
