Vice President Service Operations
Role Description The Vice President Service Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of NePixel’s digital marketing and development services. This role manages service operations across social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and website/app projects, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient workflows, and strong client outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring key operational metrics, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. The Vice President Service Operations will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, continuously improve service processes, and drive customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including experience managing client expectations and improving service quality. Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience guiding, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, manage, and optimize operational and project-related costs. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning experience to design and implement long-term service operations and growth initiatives. Relevant experience in digital marketing or agency operations, including familiarity with social media, SEO, Google Ads, and development workflows. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
