Virtual Assistant - Customer Service (Honduras - Remote)
Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing a contact list
- Addressing various client needs as they arise
Requirements
For this position, we require the following skills and experience:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Comfortable with using GOOGLE apps such as Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure
- A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service
- English proficiency at the C1 level
- Must have your own device and headset
- High-speed internet connection of at least 100 MB
