At 160 Driving Academy, we are hiring Virtual CDL A Instructors to deliver online classroom instruction and support students as they prepare for their CDL permit and theory requirements. Responsibilities
Teach students CDL knowledge through virtual classroom instruction focused on permit preparation and driving theory. Provide step-by-step guidance on CDL topics, including safety regulations and FMCSA-based requirements. Ensure students are prepared for CDL permit testing standards. Promote safety and professionalism in all instruction. Track student attendance and participation, providing support when needed. Maintain proper documentation, including attendance and progress records. Provide clear communication and support to help students understand course material.

Requirements
Requirements Must reside in the state you are applying for or have a residence secured for relocation. Valid CDL Class A license with a minimum of 24 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience. Safe driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening. Strong computer skills, including experience using platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, Canvas, and Microsoft Outlook. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a virtual classroom. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple students in an online environment.
