- This is a remote, part-time assistant role requiring proactive problem-solving and direct communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email inboxes, create Asana tasks, and keep follow-ups moving.
- Handle vendor and invoice follow-through, quality-check orders, and support customers by phone and email.
- Assist with social media, content ideas, and project tracking with marketing agencies and developers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a founder or busy executive.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, and at least one CRM.
- Confident phone and written communication, with a knack for learning quickly and improving tasks.
