VP of Strategic Partnerships

Role Description The VP of Strategic Partnerships is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and managing high-impact partnerships that support The WIT Network Singapore Community’s mission and growth. This role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate, non-profit, academic, and community partners, particularly within the technology ecosystem. The VP will create and execute partnership strategies, negotiate collaboration agreements, and oversee ongoing partner engagement to ensure mutual value and alignment with diversity and inclusion goals. Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, stakeholder communication, coordination of joint programs and events, and reporting on partnership outcomes and metrics. The VP will collaborate closely with global WIT Network leadership and local community teams to maximize impact and visibility in Singapore and across the region.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to build, nurture, and grow long-term stakeholder and partner relationships. Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning to design, negotiate, and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals. Skills in Business Planning to develop partnership roadmaps, set measurable objectives, and manage budgets or resources associated with strategic initiatives. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse organizations. Background in technology, non-profit, or community-focused organizations, with a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM/STEAM. Proven leadership experience, including collaborating across cultures and time zones in remote or distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to work independently, manage multiple partnerships concurrently, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
