The Role Lead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using a diverse technology stack including .NET/C#, Node.js, and front-end frameworks. Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices and serverless architectures. Integrate AI-enabled application features, such as LLM integration and intelligent search capabilities. Serve as a primary technical interface to clients, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Architect and deploy applications in cloud environments like AWS and Azure, implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. What You'll Need 8+ years of experience in full-stack web application development, including .NET/C# and modern JavaScript frameworks. Demonstrated experience working across multiple web technologies beyond .NET. Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries. Hands-on experience integrating or developing AI/ML capabilities, such as working with AI APIs or implementing intelligent application features. Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms, including serverless architectures. Proven ability to lead teams and engage directly with clients, with strong communication skills.
