Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, client-focused service Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up Cultivate long-term client relationships
Qualifications
Ease with virtual tools and video meetings Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position Authorized to work in the United States Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam A service-minded, mission-driven attitude Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to: Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
