Workday Analyst W2 Remote

Demonstrate ability to work 100% remotely and convert to a full-time permanent role after 6 months without visa sponsorship.Job Summary :Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Financials HCM SCM and Adaptive Planning modules.Provide functional support including configuration updates troubleshooting release management and translating business requirements into Workday solutions.Lead and manage Workday Security Administration including design and maintenance of security roles conducting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls.Develop maintain and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio EIB and Core Connectors ensuring secure data migrations and optimized integration performance.Support authentication strategies (such as SSO and MFA) and environment access controls.Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics ensuring secure and compliant data access.Collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing enhancements and functional improvements within Workday.Respond to incidents perform root cause analysis and implement remediation for security and integration issues.Leverage 7 years of experience across multiple Workday modules and at least 4 years in Security Administration.Utilize strong expertise in Workday integrations troubleshooting and security configuration.Key SkillsArcGIS,Intelligence Community Experience,GIS,Python,Computer Networking,Data Collection,Intelligence Experience,R,Relational Databases,Analysis Skills,Data Management,Application DevelopmentEmployment Type :Full TimeExperience :yearsVacancy :1.
