Job Summary: AYS Inc is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with youth and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, with the potential for occasional evening and weekend hours.
