Work from home Full-time role Hiring

POSITION DESCRIPTION At ITA Group, we design experiences that change the way people connect with brands they work at, work with and buy from. We are looking to fill remote sales positions with senior-level sales professionals living in the Western region of the United States (ideally in the Greater San Francisco, Southern California, Portland, and Phoenix areas). The Account Executive (AE) acts as a business hunter, focusing on identifying and winning new opportunities within ITA Group's Events, Employee Experience, Channel Partner Solutions, and Customer Experience solution lines. This includes securing and conducting client meetings, leveraging marketing and sales technology tools, and aligning ITA Group's solutions to clients' business needs. AEs must be experts in ITA Group's solution portfolio, which includes services such as meetings and events, incentive travel, conferences, experiential marketing, customer loyalty programs, employee engagement programs, sales incentive programs, referral programs, channel partner programs, and brand standards programs. The AE plays a pivotal role in uncovering client business challenges, understanding their business objectives, audience engagement needs, and total rewards strategy, and creating demand through strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Once an opportunity is identified, the AE partners with internal teams to design tailored solutions grounded in client data, research, and insights. Success is measured by the achievement of client goals, financial outcomes, and the lasting impact of engagement, loyalty, incentive, and event-based solutions. What does it take to be a successful AE at ITA Group? Have a hunter mentality; uncover clients' current business challenges as well as what motivates their employees, customers, channel partners, and event audiences. Act as a brand ambassador in the market (e.g., attending and acting as an expert at conferences, industry events, speaking engagements, panel discussions, leadership roles in industry associations, social selling, etc.). Strong presentation skills, fluent in roundtable discussions, discovery workshops, and executive presentations, with a knack for creating business cases that justify $1M+ investments. Be a team player. Throughout the selling process, you will work with an internal team of experts to design engagement, loyalty, incentive, and event solutions rooted in research, science, creativity, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs. The AE must be able to flex between leading, contributing, and partnering to successfully close business.
