Account Executive

Our deals aren't big or quick. A company comes to Craftbridge Digital with a broken integration, or a task nobody wants to keep doing by hand, and the proposal has to say exactly what we'll deliver. Functions, deliverables, dependencies. No vague phases. We're hiring an Account Executive to run that process from first call to signature. Remote, anywhere in the U.S., full-time. You take qualified leads from sales development and from people who contact us directly. You run discovery: which system, what fault, what deadline. You write the proposal with one of our engineers, agree scope and terms, and close. Then you hand the project to delivery with a record they can actually use, and you forecast your pipeline every month. You've sold software or IT services to businesses for three years or more, and you've closed deals yourself. You use a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce without being chased. You can read a technical proposal and spot what's missing. Custom software, agency or consulting sales, or contacts among Texas businesses, would be a plus.
