As our campaigns and team continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting team operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Crafting
- Assist the marketing team in setting up and launching social media advertisements across various platforms.
- Provide administrative and operational support to managers and the marketing department.
- Handle general administrative duties including documentation, filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Coordinate and communicate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers for marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication with external parties.
- Support managers with ad hoc tasks and special assignments when required.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, invoices, and campaign materials.
Your Superpowers
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Well-versed in both English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
