AI Automation & Integration Engineer

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

AI Automation & Integration Engineer Love building things with AI? We want to meet you! Are you the kind of person who discovers a new AI tool and immediately starts experimenting with what it can do? Do you enjoy taking an idea, figuring out how to make it work, and building something that actually makes people's lives easier? If so, this could be a really exciting opportunity! We're looking for a curious, creative, and hands-on AI Automation & Integration Engineer to help an established U.S. advertising agency transform the way its teams work through artificial intelligence. You'll work directly with agency leadership, explore emerging technologies, and turn ideas into practical AI-powered solutions. You'll have room to experiment, take ownership of your projects, and make a real impact. This isn't just about using AI. It's about building with it! What You'll Be Doing: ● Build AI-powered tools, automations, and integrations that make everyday work easier and more efficient. ● Turn ideas and business challenges into working solutions, from concept through implementation. ● Connect software platforms using APIs, AI coding tools, and automation technologies. ● Experiment with tools like Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini, and other emerging AI platforms. ● Collaborate with paid media, creative, analytics, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive processes, improve data accessibility, and drive operational efficiencies through AI. ● Research new AI technologies and recommend creative ways to put them to work. ● Partner with leaders to identify training needs, then build documentation and training materials that help employees use your solutions and apply AI in their daily work. ● Test, troubleshoot, and improve tools to keep everything running smoothly and securely. What We're Looking For: ● Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or software integrations. ● Experience with AI development or coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI, or comparable platforms. ● Familiarity with APIs, software integrations, scripting, or development workflows. ● A practical understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI implementation. ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take an idea and turn it into a working solution. ● A self-motivated, proactive personality. You enjoy figuring things out and don't need someone directing every step. ● Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate confidently with U.S.-based colleagues. ● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. ● A genuine passion for AI, emerging technologies, and continuous learning. You don't need to know every AI platform or have a specific job title in your background. What matters most is what you've actually built, your technical foundation, and your enthusiasm for solving problems. Some of the Tools You'll Work With: Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini, Snowflake, Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other technologies as they emerge. Don't worry if you haven't used all of them. We're looking for someone who's excited to learn and explore! Why This Is an Exciting Opportunity: ● Make a real impact: Build tools that people will actually use to improve their daily work. ● Work directly with leadership: Your ideas and recommendations will be heard and valued. ● Explore cutting-edge AI: Experiment with new technologies and help determine which tools are worth adopting. ● Own your projects: Enjoy the freedom to solve problems, try new approaches, and bring ideas to life. ● Keep growing: Work with a team that is genuinely excited about AI and committed to finding new ways to use it. ● Build for the long term: Join an established U.S. agency that's making AI an important part of its future. Position Details: ● Monthly Salary : $2,600 USD ● Employment: Full-time, long-term ● Location: 100% remote ● Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm, U.S. Pacific Time business hours ● Collaboration: Work closely with a U.S.-based agency leadership and internal teams If you have a portfolio, GitHub repository, or project demo, we'd love to see it too! If you're excited about AI, love bringing ideas to life, and want your work to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!
