What you'll do Build and improve the matching engine using ML models and embeddings Design and maintain data pipelines that feed model training and product features Ship LLM-powered features into the product using frontier models Own evals and monitoring so models don't silently degrade Work directly with founders to identify the highest-leverage AI bets You Proven track record across ML, data engineering, or AI systems in production Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or agentic patterns Comfortable owning data pipelines alongside modeling work Startup or founding team experience preferred
