🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Vibe Coding & Engineering – German Speaker 📍 Location: EU – Fully Remote 💼 Engagement: Contract 🌍 Eligibility: EU Citizens Only 🗣️ Language: German + English Dabster Systems is looking for talented AI Vibe Coding & Engineering professionals with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications. We are seeking candidates who have delivered real-world AI projects involving LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning libraries, and AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor. 🔹 Must-Have Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and deploying ML/AI systems in production. Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications using Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or open-source models. Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, and production vector stores. Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, backed by strong manual coding fundamentals. Strong proficiency in Python and core ML libraries, including PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy. Strong German and English communication skills. EU citizenship is mandatory. 🔹 Additional Skills – Preferred Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and pull-request-based code reviews. Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Hands-on experience deploying services on Azure, including AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure AI/ML services, or equivalent cloud platforms. Experience with Docker and containerization. Ability to explain modelling decisions and technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team. 🔹 What We’re Looking For Candidates with proven experience building impactful AI projects.
