Account Executive

Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure2. Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects3. Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers4. Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue6. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress7. Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.8.Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report.9. Conduct general administration tasks.10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.11. Ad hoc tasksQualifications:
- 2+ years of end-to-end B2B/B2G sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience working with US/UK or Australian clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail
- Able to work on a graveyard shift
Technical Requirements:

- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Full time Salary Package (with HMO):
- Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 46,000 PER MONTH
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): PHP 58,000 PER MONTH
- Expert Level (5+ years of experience): PHP 65,000 PER MONTH
