- Technical Proficiency: Use internal airline software (like Sabre) and CRM tools to manage customer data and flight information accurately.
- Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling high‑volume calls, chats, or emails.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English (bilingual skills are a plus).
- Technical Setup: Must have a dedicated, distraction‑free home office with high‑speed internet.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations.
- Background: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
