Associate Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to support a caseload split between products liability matters for one client and arbitrations for a cryptocurrency client. This is a remote position, ideally suited for a candidate based in or near Santa Barbara, CA. Responsibilities: Handle a mixed caseload spanning products liability litigation and cryptocurrency-related arbitrations Manage cases from discovery through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, and hearing/arbitration preparation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and arbitration submissions Collaborate directly with clients across both practice areas Coordinate with outside experts and co-counsel as needed Qualifications: 3–6 years of litigation experience Products liability experience preferred but not required — general litigators with strong fundamentals will be trained on the specific subject matter Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters and clients Comfortable working independently in a remote environment What We Offer: Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000.
