[Remote] Workday reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireTalent is recruiting for an unnamed client whose HR Reporting & Analytics team needs a Workday reporting expert. The role focuses on developing governed, self-service HR analytics by building Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions
- Create calculated fields and complex reporting logic to meet business requirements
- Design and build Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards that provide actionable insights for HR leaders and business partners
- Consolidate reports into standardized enterprise solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets
- Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
- Workday Reporting Certification
- Exposure to Power BI, data visualization
- Experience supporting report consolidation or reporting governance initiatives
