Behavioral Analyst - Remote
Behavioral Analyst Role Type: Contractor | Part-time or Full-time Location: Remote — North America, Latin America, UK, Europe & Oceania micro1 is seeking Behavioral Analysts to support an AI training project. You'll apply your expertise in behavioral observation and analysis to help improve how AI systems understand human interactions. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze text, audio, and video to identify behavioral cues, including tone, gestures, and speech patterns. Annotate and explain behavioral data for AI training. Create scenario-based training materials. Evaluate AI-generated responses for behavioral accuracy and appropriateness. Refine annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards. Document behavioral insights and best practices. Provide feedback and support process improvement. Required Skills Behavioral Analysis & Annotation Behavioral Cue Identification Scenario-Based Training Development Quality Assurance & Evaluation Training Material Creation Written & Verbal Communication Attention to Detail Documentation & Process Improvement Remote Collaboration Ability to Work Independently Preferred Background Experience in behavioral therapy, counseling, theater/acting coaching , or another field involving behavioral observation and analysis. Strong candidates should be able to recognize subtle differences in tone, speech, body language, and gestures , communicate observations clearly, and create effective training materials.
