Primary Responsibilities Assist members with benefit information, enrollment procedures, and eligibility verification. Respond to incoming calls, customer inquiries, and requests for policy information. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure members receive timely assistance. Review available insurance products and explain coverage options based on individual circumstances. Lead virtual consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate protection solutions. Work closely with team leaders to stay informed about new products, coverage updates, and company procedures.
