Remote Customer Support Representative
Job Overview We are looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals with call center or customer support experience to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will assist customers with prescription inquiries, account-related concerns, order updates, benefit information, and insurance coverage questions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and deliver professional, helpful service. Respond to inquiries related to prescriptions, purchases, and order processing. Assist customers with prescription refills and provide updates on order status. Help customers understand their benefits, coverage options, and estimated copay amounts. Address customer concerns by listening carefully and offering suitable resolutions. Refer complicated cases to the appropriate department or support team when needed. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the system. Note: Previous healthcare industry experience is not required. Full training will be provided to prepare you for the role.
