Position: Marketing Expert — Brand Marketing (AI Agent Environments) Type:Contract Compensation:$60–$100/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design task briefs from real brand marketing experiences. Focus on testing planted issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task versions.
- Write or review reference answers. Define criteria separating strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review AI agent attempts. Judge them against your standards.
- Evaluate AI capabilities in diagnosing data, prioritizing, planning, QA, triage, research, reporting, and orchestrating multi-step work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on practitioner experience in brand marketing. Experience owning positioning, brand tracking, and brand investment decisions.
- Comfortable with brand tracking studies, share-of-voice data, and Google Analytics 4.
- Clear written reasoning. Ability to explain why decisions are right.
Preferred
- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
