Business Associate - Entry Level -$110,000
A typical day in this role is built around client contact and follow-through. You review your outreach list in the morning, move through scheduled conversations, and update your records as you go. Core duties include: Contacting clients to review their benefits needs and walk them through available options Scheduling and conducting appointments with individuals and families Following up after conversations to confirm next steps and keep clients informed Keeping organized records of interactions and outcomes across your caseload Coordinating with team members when a client situation calls for additional support Develop your skills as a contractor while building client relationships and increasing your income potential. No insurance background is required to start. Training and ongoing coaching are provided so you can build the knowledge and habits this work depends on.
