About The Role Globant is hiring a Senior Client Partner to lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for its Consumer Products, Manufacturing & Retail Sector . The leader will drive revenue, own C-suite relationships, and shape AI-led transformation across Industrial and Manufacturing clients. Salary $210,000 – $250,000, Bonus 66%
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow senior client relationships (C-suite and VP levels) across our Consumer Products, Manufacturing & Retail sectors. Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data, and digital engineering engagements. Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the AI Studio. Partner with delivery, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI solutions. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing client partner/consulting team. Own P&L for a defined book of business and contribute to studio-level revenue and margin targets. Represent Globant and broader CPG ecosystem, including industry events and executive forums. Ideal Candidate Profile 12+ years of experience in CPG with 7–10+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles. Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to CPG clients. Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations. Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Core Competencies Deep understanding of the CPG, Industrial and Manufacturing industry. Knowledge of AI, data, and digital technologies. Commercial acumen: pipeline development, solution shaping, deal structuring, and negotiation. Leadership and people management: coaching, team building, and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
