Client Success Associate

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast paced remote environment, and able to provide thoughtful support across a variety of inquiries. Duties & Responsibilities - Develop a thorough understanding of Duolingo products, services, and support resources to provide accurate and helpful information. - Handle a high volume of client and user interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive approach. - Respond professionally to incoming requests and collaborate with appropriate internal teams to help resolve questions and concerns. - Utilize customer relationship management and internal support systems to assign, complete, document, and track requests accurately. - Maintain an empathetic, solutions oriented, and user first approach in all interactions. - Identify recurring questions or concerns and communicate relevant feedback to appropriate team members. - Maintain accurate records while following established procedures for privacy, confidentiality, and information handling. - Work effectively and independently in a remote environment while meeting established service and performance expectations. Qualifications - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand an issue and work toward an appropriate solution. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable learning new software, systems, and digital tools. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity applications. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
