Content Strategy Manager-Remote

Position : Content Strategy Manager Location : Remote Duration : 12 Months contract · Direct, hands-on experience designing and governing content taxonomies and metadata schemas within an enterprise CMS—Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or equivalent digital experience platform · Ability to translate editorial content strategy into structured content models and governance frameworks, with a clear understanding of how taxonomy and metadata quality enable personalization, search, and AI-assisted content workflows downstream · Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable navigating competing priorities across clinical, marketing, technology, and digital product teams, and able to make and enforce governance decisions in ambiguous environments · Working knowledge of Sitecore AI and Sitecore Personalize or similar is preferred; familiarity with audience segmentation logic, personalization rule configuration, and content targeting frameworks a strong plus · Detail-oriented systems thinker with the ability to hold both the structural logic of a content architecture and the editorial purpose it serves, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively · Demonstrated ability to build processes, documentation, and governance frameworks in a newly created or evolving function, operating with autonomy and clarity in an environment without established precedents · Familiarity with health system content environments, including medical accuracy requirements, compliance considerations and governance across a multi-site, multi-brand digital ecosystem is preferred
