Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $86275 per year - $133870 per year What’s in it for you

• Manage all accounting and financial activities for a multi-unit operation, including cash management, payroll, tax compliance, and ledger maintenance.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis across diverse service areas.
• Work closely with leadership teams to support efficient, effective, and profitable business operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company standards for accuracy, quality, and financial performance.
• Implement and monitor financial systems and policies to enhance operational excellence and revenue growth.
• Provide financial insights, analysis, and training to support overall business goals and team development.
