Customer Service / Order Entry Representative

Help customers get accurate answers and complete orders remotely. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. What you will do - Answer order and product questions using approved information. - Enter customer orders and check contact, product and delivery details. - Hand confirmed orders to fulfillment and follow up on customer-facing issues. What will help you succeed Clear written communication and careful order entry. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
