Customer Success intern
Compensation: $19–$28 per hour Start Date: Summer Department: Customer Success & Account Management Why We Have This Role: The role focuses on operations, quality improvement, and data analysis. The Customer Success Professional (CSP) intern will assist in streamlining back-office operations and enhance efficiency by optimizing quote-to-cash processes, maintaining / enhancing customer workflows, and/or reducing administrative burdens for Customer Success Managers. The CSP intern will proactively address any issues to maintain data accuracy and ensure efficient operations. Things You Will Do ● Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize performance and enhance the customer experience. ● Work with global quote to cash teams to ensure accurate data, reporting and processes. ● Transform raw data into insightful dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar tools. ● Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and potential problems in reports. ● Assist with the training and enablement of processes and new/existing product launches. ● Update project plans and notes to help inform the team and stakeholders on pending issues on a proactive basis. Candidate Requirements ● Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university. ● Legal authorization to work in the U.S. The company will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Nice to Have ● Met us through an event or interned with the company in the past. ● A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. ● Experience with data visualization using Power BI or Excel (can perform complex functions). ● Relocation support is not provided for this role.
