The Opportunity We are looking for motivated, personable professionals to join our expanding team. In this role, you will sit down face-to-face with everyday families who have requested information, walk them through their options, and match them with top-rated financial and protection products. Primary Responsibilities: Meet prospective clients in person to discuss their protection and retirement goals. Present, explain, and write coverage across our full portfolio: Life Insurance, Health Products, and Fixed Index Annuities (FIAs). Educate clients on eligibility, policy features, and living benefits in plain, accessible language. Build trust and manage client relationships with high integrity and professionalism. No Industry Experience? No Problem. While licensed agents are welcome, prior insurance experience is not required. We have discovered that individuals with backgrounds in high-touch, service-driven fields—such as hospitality (bartenders, servers), education, healthcare, retail management, and the military—often make the absolute best advisors because they know how to connect with people. We provide the complete roadmap, sales scripts, licensing guidance, and ongoing field mentorship to take you from day one to consistent, high-level production.
