Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time)
GlenFlow is a US-based venture studio and technology company that builds its own startups and helps other companies develop, implement, and commercialize technologies and products. We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to support customers of one of our products in the insurance industry. This role requires approximately 2-3 hours of active work per day, Monday-Friday, spread throughout US business hours. You should be available during the day to answer or return customer calls and respond to support requests. This role works well for someone whose other work allows this flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 customer support via phone, email, voicemail, and help desk.
- Help users with common requests, including user access, settings, basic configuration, and platform walkthroughs.
- Troubleshoot simple platform, video, streaming, and technical issues.
- Understand and document issues you cannot resolve and escalate them to the technical team.
Requirements
- Experience supporting customers of a software/SaaS product.
- Comfortable learning and explaining web and mobile applications.
- Able to understand, document, and communicate basic technical issues.
- Fluent English and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
- Reliable and responsive during US business hours.
