What Were Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or related field Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently while managing time effectively Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues A proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools
