Job Title: Senior Digital Product Manager – Innovation & Emerging Technologies Schedule: 100% Remote Our client is an innovative leader in healthcare technology, dedicated to transforming patient care ecosystems through connected, end-to-end platforms. By bridging clinical operations with advanced digital tools, they empower health journeys from early prevention to ongoing remote and facility-based support. In this 0-to-1 product role, you will lead the charge in exploring, testing, and scaling cutting-edge technologies for a transformative platform. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Spearheading the strategic vision and roadmap for emerging digital technologies, evaluating market trends and competitive positioning. Managing the end-to-end 0-to-1 product lifecycle for new innovation initiatives, from initial discovery and rapid prototyping to pilot launch and validation. Designing and executing agile proofs-of-concepts (PoCs) to test technical feasibility, user adoption, and financial return on investment (ROI). Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and external vendors to safely deploy scalable solutions. Defining and tracking OKRs to measure pilot performance, using data-driven insights to determine whether to scale, pivot, or sunset initiatives. Here’s what our ideal candidate has: 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching successful software products from conception to market. Strong familiarity with emerging technology trends (such as advanced AI/ML, automation, or digital health tools) and their enterprise applications. Demonstrated 0-to-1 product development experience navigating ambiguity and leading rapid prototyping, MVP validation, and "test and learn" lifecycles. Strong background within the healthcare industry, with familiarity in value-based care, patient platforms, or chronic disease management preferred. Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build compelling business cases.
