Role Description In this full-time remote role as Unternehmensinhaber (Business Owner), you will oversee the strategic and operational management of Uniquestays’ property portfolio and business growth. You will define and execute the company’s vision, develop partnerships with property owners and real estate professionals, and ensure high standards of guest experience and property care. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, guiding pricing and listing strategies, supervising housekeeping and maintenance standards, and managing key stakeholder relationships. You will lead business development initiatives, optimize internal processes, oversee financial performance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves building and guiding a distributed team, fostering a culture of accountability, and making data-informed decisions to expand Uniquestays in existing and new markets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership in property management, hospitality, or a related service industry. Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis. Experience with real estate, short-term rental operations, or accommodation platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) and an understanding of relevant regulations. Proficiency in stakeholder management, partnership development, and contract negotiation with property owners and real estate professionals. Ability to lead remote teams, establish clear processes, and drive operational excellence across cleaning, maintenance, and guest services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally and build long-term relationships. Comfort with digital tools, property management systems, and data-driven decision-making to optimize pricing, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. High level of integrity, customer focus, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to maintaining safe, well-cared-for homes.
