You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Location Remote Position Type Part-Time, Temporary (25 hours weekly) Duration 3-6 months, with protentional to be extended Responsibilities include but not limited to

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Engineering, and/or reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically reputed company on engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, building information modeling (BIM), or software).
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, and reputed company platforms.
• Ability to understand reputed company engineering job requirements and assess candidate technical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage passive talent and build relationships with hiring leaders.
