Field Service Specialist

We’re currently seeking a Field Service Specialist to support our customers across Massachusetts and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do - As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you’ll be the face of our Service team—providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers’ instruments running at peak performance. - Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems. - Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams). - Manage a dynamic schedule across the territory. - Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience. Territory - This position supports customers throughout Southeastern and Central Massachusetts and Rhode Island. - Candidates should reside within the territory to effectively support customers throughout the region. - Candidates should be comfortable managing travel and adapting to varying client needs and environments. What You Bring - BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline. - 2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing laboratory instrumentation. - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Strong time management and the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally outside the territory in the South Region. Earnings Potential - The posted salary range represents base pay only. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for quarterly bonus opportunities and half-time overtime pay, providing additional earning potential. - Your base salary offer will reflect your experience, capabilities, and the value you bring to the team.
