Finance Intern

Employment: Internship Start Date: Summer Department: Finance & Accounting Role Overview: This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, sales, and supply chain management. The company's internship program is driven by a single focus: to find the company's future leaders. The MBA Intern Program runs 10-12 weeks and based at headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Program Highlights: Various information sessions, field trips, meet & eat lunches with executives, and networking events. Job Responsibilities: A company finance intern will be hired into one of the following finance areas (subject to change & additional teams may be optional for placements: Corporate FP&A. Commercial & Sales Finance. Brand & Franchise. Tax. Global Supply Chain Finance. Build complex financial analyses with inputs from various global teams. Work within a team environment to develop in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations to complex financial issues. Communicate and present financial highlights to Senior Executives. Individual: Day-to-day and special project responsibilities within one of the company's current finance teams. Group: Work in a cross-functional intern group on a project that will be presented to senior management at the end of the internship. Required Qualifications: Team player. Be able to develop well thought out recommendations based on data. Strong organization & prioritization skills. Be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented, and willing to drive change. 1st year MBA student enrolled in a full-time program, or PM/night student graduating in 2028. 3 years work experience prior to business school. Have a strong interest in a Finance career with market leading company. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance or accounting. CPA, depending on group placement. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $90,000 per year.
