Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with Microsoft Copilot experience to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building generative AI applications, integrating Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and leveraging Azure AI services to automate business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot. Build and customize Microsoft Copilot applications to address business requirements. Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio to create conversational AI agents and automate workflows. Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise platforms. Utilize Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services to develop AI-powered applications. Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM-based solutions. Develop integrations using APIs, connectors, and Power Platform. Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, and performance requirements. Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG architecture. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong programming skills in Python or C#. Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing custom AI agents and copilots. Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models. Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, and security. Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
