Role Description The VP of Customer Growth is a full-time remote role responsible for driving patient acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth across Apex Clinic’s dental and aesthetic services. This position oversees the development and execution of growth strategies, including sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer experience programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying new market opportunities, and collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to optimize the patient journey. The VP of Customer Growth will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage key external partnerships, and ensure alignment between business development efforts and the clinic’s long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Sales with a focus on patient or customer acquisition, upselling, and retention. Proven Team Leadership experience, including building, guiding, and motivating cross-functional teams. Strong Strategic Planning capabilities for developing and implementing long-term growth roadmaps. Experience in Business Development, identifying new markets, partnerships, and service opportunities. Marketing expertise, including growth marketing, digital campaigns, and brand positioning. Excellent analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Previous leadership experience in healthcare, dentistry, aesthetics, or related service industries is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
