About the Role

We're looking for a GTM Project Manager to help bring IXOPAY's payment technology products and capabilities to market.

In this cross-functional role, you'll coordinate product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring new capabilities are introduced with clear messaging, aligned teams, effective enablement, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success, you'll help turn product development into successful launches that drive customer adoption and business growth.

You'll take ownership of launch planning and execution, coordinate internal readiness, develop enablement materials, and track adoption and performance after release. You'll also help strengthen the processes, reporting, and collaboration that connect Product development with our commercial teams.

This is an opportunity to combine strong program management and communication skills with product strategy and go-to-market execution, helping shape how IXOPAY introduces innovative payment solutions to enterprise customers around the world.

What You'll Do

Drive Product Launches & GTM Readiness

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market activities for new products, features, and capabilities using IXOPAY's product launch framework.

  • Own launch timelines, readiness checklists, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination from planning through go-live and post-launch review.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure teams are prepared for launch.

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop accurate positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and launch communications.

  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and improve launch execution through structured planning and proactive communication.

Enable Sales, Solutions & Customer-Facing Teams

  • Develop and maintain product enablement materials, including launch briefs, FAQs, demo guides, release notes, and product updates.

  • Coordinate and support training sessions that help Sales, Solutions, and Client Success teams confidently communicate new product capabilities.

  • Translate complex technical product information into clear, practical resources for internal teams and customers.

  • Partner with Marketing and customer-facing teams to support product announcements, customer communications, and ongoing adoption initiatives.

  • Gather feedback from commercial teams to identify enablement gaps and opportunities to improve product understanding.

Coordinate Strategic Product Initiatives

  • Support cross-functional product programs involving internal teams, external technology providers, and strategic partners.

  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives progressing toward defined outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve product-to-GTM handoffs, launch processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Support Product team operations, including planning meetings and workshops, maintaining documentation, and coordinating vendor-related activities.

  • Develop repeatable workflows and processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across product initiatives.

Track Product Adoption & GTM Performance

  • Establish and maintain reporting that tracks product launches, adoption, enablement effectiveness, and other relevant performance indicators.

  • Develop dashboards and regular updates that provide Product and GTM leadership with visibility into launch progress and outcomes.

  • Gather post-launch feedback from Sales, Client Success, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with Product leadership to evaluate launch effectiveness, adoption trends, and opportunities to strengthen future GTM initiatives.

  • Use data and insights to continuously improve launch execution, enablement, and product adoption strategies.

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Experience in Project Management, Product Go-to-Market, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.

  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional product launches or go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.

  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.

  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams.

  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear, compelling, and practical communication and enablement materials.
