What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and operational data for accuracy and quality
- Assess and provide structured feedback on data pipelines, reporting tools, and health information system logic
- Prepare clear, actionable recommendations based on data findings — the kind that clinicians, IT teams, and leadership can act on
- Help ensure AI models reflect real-world healthcare standards, terminology, and best practices
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
- Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical thinker with hands-on experience in data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
- Able to bridge clinical, technical, and operational perspectives clearly and confidently
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about improving healthcare through data and technology
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in clinical informatics, population health, or health IT consulting
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
