Icertis CLM Deployment & Training Consultant (Health Insurance) RemoteWhile this role has been filled, we will continue receiving resumes in the event additional consultants are neededOpportunity Snapshot :EWINGS is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment Consultant with specific expertise as an end-user of Icertis , particularly within a healthcare provider network contracting or negotiation role.This position will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and maintenance of Icertis from a business-centric perspective, offering practical guidance to end-user contract negotiators.Ideal candidates will possess strong user experience in Icertis, balanced with CLM deployment experience, to effectively support contract negotiation teams and deliver user training to senior leadership.Responsibilities :Serve as a primary point of contact for the CLM Deployment Team, delivering Icertis support tailored to provider network contracting.Conduct user training sessions, including for senior leadership, to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing effective use of Icertis.Develop and maintain standardized contract administration standard operating procedures and presentations supporting the contract lifecycle management governance model.Support the contract inventory management, document management, and storage of all contract documents.Support the quality of contract data within the contract management system.Assist in analyzing the data generated by Icertis to inform further development of efficient policies and processes.Participate in product testing and gathering feedback.Collaborate across teams to identify, organize, and facilitate process improvements in both straightforward and ambiguous business settings.Support the project's pace by proactively identifying needs and seeking solutions rather than awaiting direction.Adapt communication and executive presence to various stakeholders within the organization, including C-suite executives.Contributes to building a positive team spirit; shares expertise with others.Experience & Skills :Minimum of years as an Icertis end-user within a healthcare provider network contracting or negotiation role.Hands on experience with payer / provider agreements or managed care contracts.Moderate technical expertise in Icertis, with the ability to assist users without extensive technical depth.Strong grasp of the business perspective in Icertis implementation.Familiarity with technology governance frameworks and project management methodologies.Excellent communication skills with a focus on proactive, responsive, and clear user interaction.Proven ability to collaborate across teams, identifying and supporting process improvements with minimal direction.Experience working with all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.Self-motivated and driven to advance project milestones independently.About EWINGS :EWINGS is the leader in helping clients build large-scale healthcare provider networks.Many of our projects have required teams of -network consultants.Since we've developed provider networks for our clients in over , cities and all states..
